Dylan's TBall Season

Dylan had a great TBall season. This was his first time playing a team sport and he loved it all. It was so fun to watch him play, especially running the bases. He wasn't the fastest player, but he had the biggest grin the whole way around. He loved it and can't wait for soccer season to start in August. Here's some shots of him throughout the season, and a video that Courtney took of him batting during the last game. Great job Dylan!!

Learning to Jump a Horse

Courtney has been learning how to jump on a horse. The boards are really low right now, but she's doing great. Last week she was on this little pony named Prince that actually had to jump a little to get over the boards.
In this video, she's on a big horse named Harley that really just steps over them. She loves it and is getting better every time.

Beach Day #2

We had another great day at the beach on Saturday. It was our last chance to go until about August, so we dropped everything and headed out. We love it!

A Cry For Help!

I'm in desparate need of help from my fellow moms out there. I'm trying to potty train Travis, but NOTHING is working. Everything I tried on my other 2 kids is failing. Other ideas I've heard of are failing. He absolutely refuses to go. He'll sit on the potty forever and just smile at me. Then immediately after he'll pee, on the floor, in his underwear, in his diaper, wherever! If I could just get him to go even once in the toilet, I'd feel like there was hope. But nothing. How do you convince a stubborn 2, almost 3 year old to try. I know I have time, but he's very ready in every other way. Plus, he's pooping about 5 times a day and his little bottom is always so red and sore. I try to convince him that using the potty would mean his owies would go away, but to no avail.

Help!

Preschool Graduation

Dylan had his preschool graduation. Now he's all set for Kindergarten. Preschool was so good for him. He used to be so scared in new places, with new people, or just in groups. When he first started, he wouldn't talk at all, especially if asked a question in front of everybody. Now he loves school, his teachers, and playing with friends. He talks and participates and loves everything about it. We're so proud of him and how far he's come. It'll be exciting to see him continue to grow in regular school

We love you Dylan!!

My pictures didn't come out too good, but it's all I've got.

Here they are getting ready for the ceremony. They sang us their preschool song, then were presented certificates from their teachers.

Dylan getting his diploma.

With his teachers, Ms. Amy and Ms. Missy. They do such a great job. We love them.

A class picture taken on the last day of school.

Travis is signed up for this preschool for the 2010-2011 school year. He'll attend for 2 years before he starts Kindergarten. I can't wait!
